If you are local to Asheville, you can plan to commute to campus each day for class and there will be ample parking on campus. If you are traveling from elsewhere, there are many lodging options available through Airbnb in the area. We also have discounted rates at nearby hotels (be sure to ask about discounts for folks associated with Warren Wilson College). Please plan to have access to a car in order to come to campus each day (there is no public transportation that will get you to campus).

What meals will be included in the program?
The Gladfelter Dining Hall will be closed during the May sessions but we are negotiating with our dining service provider to provide optional boxed lunches. There is a section on the registration form where you can indicate your interest and we’ll keep you informed.

In July, on-campus meals will be available as a package with housing or as a weekly meal pass or individual meals for those staying off campus (see above). Gladfelter Dining Hall caters to a multitude of dietary needs and requests.
