Join retired Warren Wilson Professor Dusty Benedict in partnership with Saveur the Journey for an exciting small-group culinary and cultural adventure in the beautiful mountainous region of Haute Savoie September 7-15, 2027.

We will visit cheese-makers, charcuterie experts, bakers, pastry chefs, butchers, wineries and farmers to learn about their craft and taste the fruits of their labor.

We will share meals with French hosts, swim in beautiful Lake Geneva, hike through mountain pastures, visit a French market, learn to cook with French chefs, and immerse ourselves in the culture of the Haute Savoie region.

Bed and breakfasts, and mountain hotels will be our accommodations as we explore this unique region and its food traditions, culture, history, and people.
