Each student applicant should submit an audition video file to jdecristofaro@warren-wilson.edu with the following:

• The video recordings must include a performance of at least 1 musical selection.  The maximum number of musical selections is 3.  

• Applicants must clearly state their name and the titles of the piece/pieces that they will be performing.

• Videos must be framed to include a complete view of the applicant and the applicant’s instrument.

• Applicants may use accompaniment as long as the applicant’s performance can be clearly heard above any accompaniment in the recording.  

• Applicants may submit original compositions, but they must include a lead sheet (melody notated on one stave with chord symbols) of the composition along with their application videos.

*All vocalists and instrumentalists are welcome!  However, lessons are only offered for voice, woodwinds, guitar, ukulele, bass, piano, drums/percussion, and music theory.  If a student’s instrument is not taught by the faculty, they will be paired with a faculty member who plays a similar instrument.
