Jay Miller is Associate Professor of Philosophy at Warren Wilson College. With a background in art and a scholarly focus on German philosophy (supported by a Fulbright Fellowship and a DAAD grant in Germany) his research explores the intersection of philosophy, art, and politics in a variety of contexts. He is the author of The Politics of Perception, recently published by Columbia University Press. He also makes a mean batch of granola.
