Lynn Fitzgerald is a pharmacist, wellness educator, and reflective writing facilitator who created Writing for Renewal™ after experiencing the value of structured expressive writing firsthand. She combines her healthcare and health education background with research-informed writing practices to help people explore meaningful experiences, gain personal insight, and see their stories with greater clarity. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a Master’s in Health Education and is a Certified Expressive Writing Facilitator, Intrinsic Coach, and Activate Speaker.
