Summer Minerva, MSEd (she/they) is an independent researcher, performer, author, filmmaker, activist and educator. Summer’s life journey has brought her in touch with the femminielli from which a feature-length documentary, Summer Within, was born. She co-edited Italian Trans Geographies, published by SUNY Press and is an adjunct at SUNY Empire State College.
